Abercrombie Grows Desperate and Introduces Larger Sizes

Struggling fashion retailer Abercrombie & Fitch Co. will expand its women’s tops collection, offer larger sizes and add more colors in a bid to win back teen customers, all to be in effect next Spring. The company’s shares have now lost about 30 percent of their value so far this year. So desperate times is now calling for desperate measures. Especially since Chief Executive Mike Jeffries has publically stated in the past that the company’s clothes were made for “cool” and “attractive” kids and not for “fat” people. Let’s hope it’s not too late for the brand.
